Product Description :
- DECOFILL is a blend of bitumen emulsion blended with selected non mineral filler and cellulose fiber to be mixed with silica sand and Portland cement to form a slurry coating.
- DECOFILL hide the profile of aggregates used in the asphaltic pavement, fill minor voids and leave a uniform surface for the application of DECOLIC top coat surface systems.
